    As a Registered Investment Advisor, subject to the Investment Advisors Act of 1940, we are held to a fiduciary standard that places our client’s interest above our own. We may act in either an ERISA 3(21) Co-Fiduciary or 3(38) Discretionary Advisor capacity.
  2. Investment Policy Statement
    NEFG creates an IPS for each of its clients which defines the portfolio objectives, investment guidelines and risk and return parameters. It becomes the “play book” for managing a client account and leads to better, more consistent decision making. Client reports are “linked” to the IPS so guidelines may be monitored.
  3. Open Architecture
    NEFG provides true open architecture solutions to both individuals and organizations. As a privately owned independent firm, our only financial incentive is to generate results consistent with the goals of our clients.

    NEFG provides full disclosure of all vendor fees in its client reports, building a higher level of education and trust.  Our fee structure is simple, transparent and easy to understand. A staple in fulfilling our fiduciary duty, we believe transparency results in greater accountability and ultimately better client relationships.
